Old Pinfold HouseOld Pinfold House is a unique period property, with the earlier parts constructed around the year 1640, on which we’ve recently completed an extensive refurbishment.

Watt Street ApartmentsDespite it’s scale, this is a hugely complex project. With a site width of only 6m, designing a residential flat building that was going to not only be a great place to live but still be financially feasible was always going to be complicated.

Ravensdale - Old School House ResidenceThis 1934 schoolhouse is being sensitively redeveloped for use as a modern house, linked to the original building through a delicate glass link structure.

Alfred StreetSituated within the Newcastle East Heritage Conservation Area, the owner of this small mid-terrace house wanted to look at opportunities to maximise the floor area of the house without losing the rear courtyard space.

Warners Bay RoadCurrently under assessment, this new house in Warners Bay will feature a saw tooth roof making the most of northern light whilst maintaining views looking south.
